(OR) Child Support (Administrative Rule 137-055-3300)

Oregon has established that an incarcerated parent with income of less than $200 per month is unable to pay any support, and the state will modify an order to zero if requested. Moreover, the state provides inmates with modification forms and pre-paid envelopes, and consults with inmates on child-support payment plans.
